Summary08816: Using timer feature doesn't correctly forward the user but causes a loop
Description

When using the timer feature the system fails to forward the user to the next survey page. Instead, it loads the same page and end in a loop.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import the attached survey.
  2. Run the survey. After the intro there is a timer question.
  3. Check what happens after that timer has counted down to zero.
