Summary08704: Missing Field captions of token attribute fields
Description

In Version 2.05+ Build 140204 the field captions of the token attribute fields don't seem to be stored in the database. When adding attribute fields I can enter a caption. But when editing the attribute fields again after having saved them, the field captions are gone ("Field description", "Mandatory?" and "Show during registration?" fields are saved correctly).

So when activating the public registration, only empty fields are shown.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. install Version 2.05+ Build 140204
  2. create a survey
  3. initialize tokens
  4. add attribute field with field caption and save
  5. manage attribute fields
    The field captions are gone.
