Summary08610: Unable to generate token on PHP 5.5.8
Description

When trying to use generate tokens while on the token view the following error occurs:

Bad Request

The CSRF token could not be verified.

The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. Please do not repeat the request without modifications.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

This error only seems to happen on PHP 5.5.8 and does not happen if i switch to 5.4.14 or 5.4.24

Go to tokens
Click generate tokens

I actually was able to figure out what was causing this issue, it seemed to be related to cache in my chrome browser, when i did further testing on a different machine i did not experience this issue. This does not seem to be any issue with lime survey, i apologize for this report.
