Summary08498: Not overwriting pre-mapped attribute values for participants that already exist
Description

Under pre-mapped attributes, checking the following doesn't seem to lead to the intended effect for participants that already exist: "Overwrite existing auto mapped attribute values if a participant already exists?"

/index.php/admin/participants/sa/attributeMap
or
index.php/admin/participants/sa/attributeMapToken/sid/??????

Steps To Reproduce

Setup a record in the central database and a record in a token table that have the same name and email address but different values in a pre-mapped attribute. From there, two different approaches reproduce this:

  1. Start from token table > Add participants to the central database > check "Overwrite existing attribute values if a participant already exists?" in pre-mapped attributes > pop-up message says "... Attribute values for existing participants have been updated from the token records." > Results are that both the token table and the central database records remain unchanged for pre-mapped attributes, rather than the central database attribute being updated with value from the token table.

or

  1. Start from central participant database > Add to survey > check "Overwrite existing attribute values if a participant already exists?" in pre-mapped attributes > pop-up message says "... Attribute values for existing participants have been updated from the token records." > Results are that both the token table and the central database records remain unchanged for pre-mapped attributes, rather than the token table attribute being updated from the central participant database attribute value.
Additional Information

Walking through the steps above is also not creating survey association in the central participant database (but that's also the case if the checkbox mentioned is left unchecked).
