Summary08390: afterAdminMenuLoad is call only in Plugin
Description

In doc we have afterAdminMenuLoad,

I think i can use it but now way : seem used only ./plugins/

Steps To Reproduce

Add TestMenuLoad/TestMenuLoad.php with debug at 1 and look at console

Additional Information

Think we have to:
1.a remove the information from documentation
1.b remove the deprecated afterAdminMenuLoaded in Example plugin
2.a add a way to add somethink in all menu
2.b add a way to add something in all page (for registerscript)

sammousa : think it's a doc issue : just need to remove it from doc and move it in dev for 2.06/07 : confirm ?

The pluginscontroller contains a new menu that is created using the menu extension I made.
Let's move that to 2.06 for full support accross all controllers.

Seems example plugin use afterAdminMenuLoaded (not exist)

LS3 No longer has the old menu so this should work everywhere.
