Summary08291: Participants not displayed if choosen in Central Participant Database
Description

I imported some contacts in the Central participant database/panel. If I link some of these participants to a survey, nothing appears when I clic "Display tokens". The information button says "Total records in this token table 23" but no one appears.

In a new survey, I created some participants manually and they are displayed. As soon as I select other participants in the panel, nothing is displayed in the table (neither newly added participants from panel, nor previously manually created participants).

One last thing: I opened the database in phpMyAdmin and manually deleted the participants coming from the panel. The manually created participants appear again.

Can reproduce this in the mentioned commit. Cannot reproduce this in the current HEAD.
