Summary	08159: quexf-pdf export: "X-scale" labels lacking in text/number matrix questions
Description	When exporting a survey using the quexml-export, the labels/categories of the X-Scale are missing in the PDF. The Subquestions [Y-scale] appear n-times the number of categories in the X-scale but without the label one does not know what to fill in.
Steps To Reproduce	Import attached test survey Use Quexml-export have a look at the PDF in zip-archive
