Description

I think first lsa file include all file in upload for this template. Think it was the behaviour but seem not. Think it can be really great.

Additional Information

Then we can have lsa file for 'not activated' template too after.

LSA is also not exporting all responses. Responses from fileupload questions are not exported.
The label "LimeSurvey Archive" is heavily misleading. Archive sounds like you got it all covered when exporting.
Which is not the case.
