Summary08090: imported survey messed up question order
Description

I exported a survey (attached) from a limesurvey installation on my test server and imported it on the production system. All the data in the admin area indicated everything to be fine, but the preview showed the questions in the second group not in the specified order.
When I deleted the survey and re-imported the archive again, everything was alright.

Steps To Reproduce

Fresh install of limesurvey (german language setting, with one custom theme imported).

Import the (attached) exported survey.

When previewing the second question group, the questions were not in the correct order, although the admin backend showed them to be.

(always first the question about the event, then about the motives why/why not)

@c_schmitz: well in the admin backend everything is shown correctly.
the mixup only occurrs when the survey is previewed, specifically the multiple-choice part in the group "Veranstaltungen"

I am sorry but I am unable to reproduce this. It does seem to happen only sporadic (if at all) and as long I cannot reproduce it I can't fix it.
