Summary08077: Cannot bring up installation screen - php error.
Description

We are trying to setup lime 2.05beta on our server to study the new plugin features but the installation screen does not come up. After turning on error reporting, we see there's a php error and found it in the server's http log.

We are trying to setup limesurvey2.05 beta on a centos server running php 5.1.6. We run the same install process on wamp and it went thru ok.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. download limesurvey 2.05 beta source from http://www.limesurvey.org/en/unstable-release/finish/26-unstable-releases/896-limesurvey205beta5-build130702zip.
  2. extract download .zip
  3. chmod 777 to all folders.
  4. try to access the installation page. we get a white screen.

Limesurvey 2.05 requires at least PHP 5.3.

Please drop us a note if updating your PHP version fixes this problem.

No feedback received and not reproducible in recent PHP versions.
