Summary08019: Ranking selection difficult/buggy using IE8
Description

When using IE8, the text within each option is selectable text which interferes with the drag and drop functionality.

Having spent hours searching for a reason or solution, I've managed to find out that the version of jQuery used with LimeSurvey and IE8 doesn't support the delay option used in ranking.js

As soon as I commented out line 65 in ranking.js IE8 was a lot happier.

I did check this with the demo on the LimeSurvey website and had the same thing happened.
