Summary08000: strange behavior after import of survey (clean installation)
Description

After a clean installation the first thing I did was importing a survey (enclosed). No bubble help is available in the top menues after import and no surveys are listed (only one should be there) in Detailed list of surveys.

Running LS Version 2.00+ Build 130708
