Summary07888: LSRC2 invite_participants and remind_participants do not convert links to a href
Description

When sending invites or reminders using LSRC2, links like {SURVEYURL} are not converted to links (introducing a href= in the html version of the message). It works ok if sent via web interface.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with tokens and send invitations or reminders via invite_participants or remind_participants function in LSRC2.

Additional Information

Tested with JSON-RCP. Didn't test with XML-RCP.

It was a minor bug in token_helper->emailTokens
