Summary07875: missing number for sub question
Description

This is probably not a bug but more like a feature request I think: It is possible to turn on/off question numbering/codes, but I really miss numbering for sub questions.

E.g. in a radio button selection:

  1. How do you feel today?
    1.1 Good
    1.2 Bad

The 1.1 and 1.2 numbering is missing.

The reason is i often need feedback from customers about questions etc. Having the possibility to have sub questions numbered would make this process a joy :-)

@pmonstad : all Question HTML answers part are rewritten in 2.1, then we only do this in 2.1 or more.
(And numbering like EM: Q1_SQ1 for Sub question)
