Summary07870: Fieldmap seems to be created incorrectly.
Description

When doing one of the following operations in 2.05 some subquestions of multiple choice questions are not included in the fieldmap:

  • export response
  • view response

(I'm assuming this can happen anywhere the fieldmap is used.)

AFAIk there have been no changes to createfieldmap - can you check why this happens?

For browse response (/admin/responses/sa/view/surveyid/98321/id/32) I can see that null values for answers are not shown.
Check application/controllers/admin/responses.php line 217, if you comment that 'continue' statement you get to see all questions/answers.

So I guess there is no issue here.
