Hello,

The new plugin Manager breaks compatibility with PHP 5.2

I got this error when accessing to limesurvey:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /app/7W/application/libraries/PluginManager/PluginManager.php on line 209
This is not compatible with PHP 5.2 only with 5.3 and prior

$result['description'] = $class::getDescription();
$result['pluginName'] = $class::getName();
