Summary07680: LimeSurvey Database Upgrade Failing During Update
Description

Experiencing an issue when the installation process (http://<yourdomain>/<yourlimesurveydir>/admin) is trying to upgrade the LimeSurvey database. I am currently trying to upgrade from Version 1.87+ Build 8518 to Version 2.00+ Build 130311. I was able to get past the first error "CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists: 1050 Table 'lime_defaultvalues' already exists" when I dropped the lime_defaultvalues table, but then encountered the error "CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name 'parent_qid'" and not sure which table this is referring to so I can correct manually.

As already said in the chat the problem stems from an incomplete update in the past. You will have to correct the errors manually before it works.
The row parent_qid is in the table 'questions'.
