Summary07464: Easier way to save any text changes
Description

the current way how to save any text changes in a question should be modified.
Now I need to save the modification when I exit the text editor and a second klick is reuqired to confirm modification of the question. If I do not the second klick all modifications get lost.

Additional Information

A possible solution: One klick is enough
Only one klick after the modfication is done in the text editor is enough.

However, it seems the feature has been implemented already in the latest versions.
