Summary07330: Invitation CSV importation no longer take in account extra attriutes as duplication criteria
Description

I have updated recently form 1.9+ to 2.00+ Build 130219 and I noticed this morning that I can't use anymore the custom attributes in the invitation as a criteria to determine a duplicate entry while importing invitation from CSV file.
Is it normal or is it a bug ?

Steps To Reproduce

Enable the invitation table for a survey add extra attributes to the table and import from CSV
Extra attributes does not appear any more in the select list
