Summary	07320: Problems with the "completed" date in responses of surveys
Description	We have problems with the "completed" date in responses of surveys that we had created in old version limesurvey, 1.92. The date saved in the version 2.00 is allways 1980-01-01 We think that this happen when the survey no have check "Date Stamp" in General Settings- Notification & Data Management. "Completed" Date is correct in version 2.00 if "Date Stamp" is checked. "Completed" Date is correct in version 1.92 if "Date Stamp" is checked. "Completed" Date is correct in version 1.92 if "Date Stamp" is no checked. "Completed" Date is NOT correct in version 2.00 if "Date Stamp" is no checked. is it possible? is it a bug? is it a new behavior in the new version?
