Summary07134: Impossible to view users in a group
Description

In "Create/Edit user groups" page, the selection of an user groups doesn't work. The drop-down list display "Please choose ..." and the page is empty with only the title "Group members".

Only the add of a new user group works on this page.

Steps To Reproduce

With an admin account, i click on "Create/edit user groups".
When, i select a user groups in the dropt-down list, nothing append and the drop-down list display "Please choose ..."
