Summary07036: Integer only is not set in numeric question type
Description

If you set integer only on a numeric question type, without default value. The integer only is not set the first time the user answers

Steps To Reproduce

Add a survey
Add a group
Add a numeric question with integer only

Launch the survey, the user can enter dot or comma.
