Sorry for the delay ...

It's doing very odd things in IE (Build 121211)... When in Survey 'Edit Text Elements':

in IE8 compatibility mode (IE7 mode):

Top box (Description): Works perfectly!
Middle box (Welcome Message): Shows a blank pop-up box and when OK is clicked, the last inserted token is inserted
Bottom box (End Message): Behaves the same as the middle box

In IE8 non-compatibility mode (full IE8 mode):

Top box (Description): Width of tokens list box is very narrow truncating the token names; You can place the cursor before the last token name but not after (to carry on typing)
Middle box (Welcome Message): Shows the fields list box properly; Inserts a different token to the one selected which seems to be the last one used in the top box
Bottom box (End Message): Behaves the same as the middle box

Please open a new bug, none of these seem to be related to the Replacement Field Properties box.

... to be clear ... the behaviour I am describing is when clicking the 'Limesurvey Replacement Field Properties' button on each of the rich text boxes listed.
