Summary	06983: Change Response - Ranking Question doesn't work
Description	I can't get the change response (/index.php/admin/dataentry/editdata/subaction/edit/surveyid/xxxxxx/id/x) to work for ranking questions - I can remove the entries but then can't see how to re-add the entries, I've tried double clicking, typing, drag and drop but nothing seems to happen. Tested in IE8 and Firefox 16.
