Summary06916: ck editor not parsing HTML properly and question group not retained when editing
Description

The ck editor is putting in visible HTML for returns and other enhancements such as bold. In addition, when you attempt to edit, the previously selected question group does not reflect the selected value.

Steps To Reproduce

Using the attached survey...

  1. Navigate to "Survey properties" -> "Assessments"
  2. Edit the second assessment
  3. Note that "Question group" does not make selection based on actual selected group (was "Last Question" group) - no HTML value contains a selected='selected'
  4. There are two sentences in the "Message: " area - insert two additional returns between the sentences and click on the "Save" button.
  5. Note that the actual text has been HTML'd so that less than and greater than symbols and their directives now are visible to the end-user.
