Summary	06885: Long survey pages jump down the page in IE8 compatibility view
Description	When using default or Limespired templates with a long page of questions in IE8 having Compatibility view switched on, pages load part way down. After much searching I've narrowed it down to lines 100 - 102 of /scripts/survey_runtime.js: `if ($.browser.msie && $.browser.version.substr(0,1)<8 && $('button.submit').length > 0) { // Get rid of the focus outline in IE7 $('#movenextbtn, #movesubmitbtn').focus().blur(); }` I've commented out this code as for my purposes I don't need it.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a long page survey assign default or Limespired templates (or any others that use the standard survey_runtime.js include) Switch on IE 8 compatibility view load the page.

pfpDave 2012-11-15 21:47 reporter ~22218	Compatibility view is enabled by default for Intranet sites in IE8 which means corporate customers using Limesurvey on an intranet will have this issue. pfpDave 2012-11-15 21:50 reporter ~22219	I've now tested this in an IE7 configuration (using IE Tester) and I get the same result so this issue will also affect those using IE7
