Summary06836: In PDF export the field placeholders are not replaced
Description

This is related to bug# 06748 (unfortunately, when I tried to reopen that issue I first was able to input a note, but on submit I was told "access denied").

The templatereplace() wrapping is also required for fieldnames starting with "gid" and "qid" (the 1st and 2nd cases of the if-structure). I'll attach the corrected version of PrintanswersController.php.

Load attached survey, test it and submit answers, print answers and export as PDF
