Summary06777: LimeReplacementField dialog take title from default LimeSurvey lang and not from admin lang
Description

The LimeReplacementField dialog title are always this from default lang, not specific user admin lang

Steps To Reproduce

Put the LS default lang to FR, set the admin user lang to EN
Edit a question, click on LimeReplacementField : the title is in french, not english

Additional Information

Again, i have some javascript bug , console:
Erreur : TypeError: C is null

see http://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=6746 . But difficult to reproduce exactly, maybe some user/LS/survey question language issue. The screen capture are : LS:FR/user:EN/survey:FR
