Summary06765: MySQL export is not available when 'debug'=>0
Description

In case in config.php 'config'=>array('debug'=>1) or 'config'=>array('debug'=>2) is set, trying to export the entire MySQL database via the icon in the upper admin panel results in "[...]/index.php/admin/dumpdb not found" report by the browser.

Please update to the latest version and test again. If the issue still exists try to right click on the backup icon and chooose 'save destination as' and save the result that way. Attach the resulting here.
