Summary06700: images in detailed submit notification emails cannot be loaded
Description

It seems that all images in the detailed submit notification emails cannot be loaded, since function getFullResponseTable return relative path URLs like this one: http://limesurvey/upload/surveys/85257/images/test.png
which will fail to load in an email client.
