Summary06693: Error whan saving global settings with IE8 only
Description

I have installed a fresh install of limesurvey 2.00+ Build 121013.
I cannot save global settings in web interface with IE8. It works with Firefoxand IE9.

It works fine with IE8 and limesurvey 1.92.

Steps To Reproduce

Install Limesurvey 2.00+
Try to modify global settings with IE8

Please test with last GIT version (or update the globalsetting.js file).

Carsten : IE8 don't work fine on GNU/Linux (all js in admin page broken).
