Summary06687: Unable to select email template of different languages when sending email
Description

Unable to use other languages' email template when sending invitation/reminder email. Even though there are different language tabs shown, but clicking on every tab still shows the English version only.

Also, when sending invitation/reminder email, the default email template does not follow the user language set in token attribute.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create token using different language (other than english)
  2. Send invitation email to token using that different language.
