Summary06681: Error Updating when trying to save email templates
Description

I got a page saying:

Error updating
0

When I try to save email templates (which consists of English, Chinese Simplified and Indonesian). Previously with English only, I do not encounter this issue.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey with 2 extra languages ( Simplified Chinese and Indonesian )
  2. Modify the email template for all languages
  3. Save
