Summary06648: Advanced date/time input with dropdown box of only "year" creates "date is not valid" error
Description

Trying to create a date/time input where user can only select a year (and specifically a year within a specified range). The input is easily created and also creates the correct format and range for the user to choose from, but when a year is chosen, it generates a "date is not valid" error.

Steps To Reproduce

create date/time input

select advanced and select:
show dropdown box
"yyyy" as format
range eg 2000 to 2010

test question and select a year - "date is not valid" error is generated instantly

Sorry, a sample survey is now uploadet..
To reproduce this bug, simply try to fill out the year in the survey..
