Summary06630: Relevant questions undisplayed upon client-side redisplay after failed submission
Description

A conditionally-displayed question is not displayed in spite of the fact that its relevance formula indicates that it should be after a failed submission due to mandatory questions being uncompleted.

Steps To Reproduce

Define yes/no question 1, respond with yes.

Question 2 defined as mandatory, conditional display based on Q1=yes.

Submit form with one or more mandatory questions incomplete.

Form is redisplayed, Q1 carries yes indicator, but Q2 is undisplayed. Click the yes radio button of Q1 anyway - Q2 is then displayed.

Additional Information

This is particularly confusing if Q2 incomplete condition is what cause submission failure. The user then has no visible clue (red text) about what is incomplete. Who would thing of goosing the form by clicking on Q1 which appears propoerly answered?

Using FireFox 15.0.1 with Ubuntu.

Speculate relevance checked upon onclick() but not onload() in JS?
