Summary06600: Fixing issue#06578 causing new problem in saving global settings
Description

Now you can only set value from 0/null to some value, not the other way around, e.g. one cannot set emailsmtpssl value from "SSL/TLS" to "Off"; cannot change emailsmtpdebug from "Always/On error" to “Off".
As pointed out in issue #6678, the problem are caused by the empty function considers '0' to be empty in returnGlobal(）

New Version 2.00+ Build 120930 released. If you are using 120926 you should be able to update by ComfortUpdate. All earlier versions need to update manually.
