Summary06591: yiiframework throws error when importing .csv format question file
Description

'CDbDataReader and its behaviors do not have a method or closure named "num_rows".'

Limesurvey build: limesurvey200plus-build120924

.csv format causes the error, .lsq files works properly.

Steps To Reproduce

create new question, browse to downloaded csv question file and click import button. I tried the stock download files here
