Summary06574: Postgres DB Error after importing a survey.
Description

I imported a survey and went to run it and got this error ->

SQLSTATE[42602]: Invalid name: 7 ERROR: invalid name syntax

Steps To Reproduce

Repeated the process and the same thing happened.

I thought I was on the latest release? As when I go to the dload page it has the same build number as the current version that I have installed.
