Summary06570: Re-Saving survey-administrators does not work
Description

When I want to re-save save survey administrators for to change the password, the record can not be saved: Error message: E-Mail already exists.

Tested with 2.0-Release; works now, only the message for unchanged entries is wrong "can not save..."; should be labeled: "data did not change" or something like that.
