Summary06526: Strange behavior of prev/next question arrow
Description

When questions in survey are added, and then their order is changed, when useing prev/next question arrow new order is ignored.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Add few some questions to group and use question code like 1,2,3,4,5
  2. Change order od question to 4,1,2,5,3
  3. Try to switch between question using arrows prev/next instead of using dropdown list.
  4. You will see that question are changed in old order.
