Summary06493: Bounce settings are not saved
Description

Bounce settings can't be saved or option changed for using global settings.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set setting for bounce processing in token table
  2. Click Save
  3. Return again to option - nothing is shown.
  4. Click to process bounce mails. It show error: Bounce processing is deactivated either application-wide or for this survey in particular.
