Summary06490: Impossible to enable confirmation emails in Survey settings
Description

When editing a survey, it is impossible to enable confirmation emails (the option keeps going back to 'No').

Tested on RC8.

Steps To Reproduce

  • create survey

  • go to Survey settings .. Tokens

  • for "Send confirmation emails?" -> choose "Yes"

  • click "Save"

  • come back to screen, option has been reverted to "No"
