Description

On Array questions types that need to use options (horizontal texts) besides subquestions, there is no form to insert options.

WOrks just fine here. Try clearing your browser cache and create a new question.
If it still not works please let me know the exact question type.

Tried in Explorer and Chrome. Same problem.
I find this problem with Array and Array dual scale. Keep in mind that fields are missing when adding answer options (columns) and not subquestions (rows).
