Description

When added condition no questions are shown anymore.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with one group.
Add two questions.
Create a condition on second question to be shown when case from first question is choosed.
Test a survey. After welcome screen, no questions are being show.

I can't reproduce the problem when importing the attached survey and using the default template.
Q1 is always shown and Q2 is displayed as soon as I tick the "gtert" answer option (see attached screen shot).

Today I reinstalled my instalation and everything is OK. On the past installation I did upgrade.
