Description

When I click on Submit to finish survey I got following error:
Unknown column '18266X3X4' in 'field list':UPDATE svn192_survey_18266 SET lastpage='1', submitdate='2012-02-20 22:38:02', 18266X3X4='2012-02-10', 18266X3X5='M' WHERE ID=1

If the column doesn't exist, then the survey didn't activate/publish correctly. This was resolved in issue 05833
