Description

After Completing a filling out a survey and pressing submit or next, i get the following error

We are sorry but your session has expired.

Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.

Please contact( @.com ) for further assistance.

Additional Information

I have tried almost everything in the forums.

  1. I have increased memory limit in php.ini and php5.ini to 64M
  2. Changed the session limit in index.php
  3. Removed register_globals in php.ini

Have a look at your URL:

It says: http://projects.focusresearchja.com//index.php . Note the additional / .
Edit $rootURL config.php and remove the additional slash.

c_schmitz.. i made a mistake when i installed the platform by using the "//" and it has been that way ever since. I didnt have this problem until i upgraded to 1.91+, the "//" worked fine with 1.90.

Do you have any more suggestions?
