Reminder sent to: c_schmitz

Hi,
We're having to export survey results manually from SQL so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I've tried clearing the cache many times. Still nothing. Is there some other way you are viewing these?

Your looks good. Mine only ever shows survey 83, 84, 85. The header for column PROCEDURES INVOLVED IN THE RESEARCH " is very large. I have to scroll down quite far in the browser just to get to the responses. Could the header be causing the issue?

AS said: that is only a minor fix and should not have any effect on the responses. I fixed it anyway for the next 1.91+ release.

As long as I cannot reproduce this I can't fix it. Unless you can get me direct access to your installation (FTP etc) I will have to close the issue.

When trying to connect by FTP the message '534 Policy requires SSL.' appears and the connect is stopped.
Also connecting by SFTP or FTPS didn't work. Can you check, please?

Canada Day long weekend at the cottage....
I believe you have to use 'FTP over explicit TLS/SSL' to connect. Using Filezilla this is how I connect.

That's the right url. The server is brand new Windows 2008 4GB. Limesurvey is pretty much the only thing running on it. I checked and there are no other processes running...

ok, connect works now. Next Problem: I can't modify any files on the server using FTP. That's essential for debugging. Can you pleae fix that?

Yes, it works now.
ehm.. that's an 1.90 installation. Your bug reports says you are using the latest
version? Can you update to the latest version?

We had hoped that upgrading to 1.91+ would fix the issue of people not seeing survey results. We found that after the upgrade people could not see their surveys let alone results. We had to roll back to 1.90 so people could see and access their surveys. The issue of not being able to see results still exists...

I think it is a problem with your database. You should check it for corruption.
You also should make sure your database is using a case-insensitive collation (should be set by default but you never know).

I can't see anything wrong with the software - the database is just not giving back all the data when selecting all the fields from the results table - it does when selecting only for a couple fields. Anyway I think it is definately not a LimeSurvey issue. I will be happy to help further but I already invested several hours in this and I would need to bill you for any future efforts.

Please let me know, otherwise I will close the issue.

Database isn't corrupt.
Collation is case-insenitive.
How much?
