Summary05264: Update to Version 1.91+(10232) fails using ComfortUpdate fails at step 3
Description

I have a very new installation of limesurvey 1.91+ build 10120 running and attempted to use ComfortUpdate to upgrade to build 10232.

At step 2 ComfortUpdate reports the following:

Checking existing LimeSurvey files...

The following files would be added by the update but already exist. This is very unusual and may be co-incidental.
We recommend that these files should be replaced by the update procedure.
/classes/dTexts/dFunctions/dFunctionIfcount.php
/classes/dTexts/dFunctions/dFunctionIfin.php
/classes/dTexts/dFunctions/dFunctionInsertans.php
The following files will be modified or deleted but were already modified by someone else.
We recommend that these files should be replaced by the update procedure.
/version.php
Please check any problems above and then proceed to the next step.

Hitting the "Proceed to step 3" results in a blank page being displayed. Nothing further appears to happen.

Configure to use MS SQL server
Log into limesurvey
Attempt ComfortUpdate to build 10232
