Summary05261: Problem with file uploading
Description

Hi,

I have a problem with file uploading in a survey. If you take a look here: http://www.deprostaatkliniek.nl/vragenlijst/index.php?sid=65733, scroll down and click upload file, it will not work. It gives an "unknown error" and I can't find out how to fix this, permissions to the folder "upload" are set and I tried to find something on the forums but could not find anything that solves my problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to this link: http://www.deprostaatkliniek.nl/vragenlijst/index.php?sid=65733
Scroll down and click upload file
Upload a doc or docx document and click upload,
It will give an "unknown error"

It works like a charm here. Make sure your /limesurvey/tmp/upload dir is writable, too and try again.

Issues with upload question type have been fixed. Please try a MANUAL upgrade.

I noticed some errors in the script that have already been fixed, but succeeded to upload a file to your server anyway.

Pleeas check ou the latest version. There have been many fixes.
