Summary05155: Answer options are stripped from question export/import
Description

Answer options are not included in import of exported question.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Export multi-lingual Dropdown list question with lots of answer options.
  2. Make new survey with the same languages.
  3. Import exported question (you can try with attached question export).
  4. Look at your newly imported question and note that none of your answer options have been imported!

In the attached survey export the same problem manifests itself at least with question 1892 and 1895 when importing.

None of the subquestions to question 1892 are imported and only subquestion 16 and 15 are imported in question 1895.

Trying to import the attached exported survey to stable revision [about 1 hr ago] I get the following failure message which seems to imply what the problem might be:

Feil: Failed to insert data
INSERT INTO questions ( PARENT_QID, SID, GID, TYPE, TITLE, QUESTION, PREG, HELP, OTHER, MANDATORY, QUESTION_ORDER, LANGUAGE, SCALE_ID, SAME_DEFAULT ) VALUES ( 1847, 48418, null, 'A', '1', 'Die Beschilderung ist gut.', '', '', 'N', '', 1, 'de', 0, 0 )
Column 'gid' cannot be null

I solved the survey export problem by rebuilding the subquestions. That is, I deleted them, saved, wrote them in again, and saved, for both questions. I then exported and imported into svn stable without problem.

As you already notice this happened because the referred group did not exist for the answer options. I have no explanation how that could happen except for direct database editing or import of badly customized questions.
